Job summary

AudioCodes seeks an experienced APAC Voice AI Subject Matter Expert to drive commercial growth across Southeast Asia, Japan and Hong Kong. You will identify and engage enterprise customers and partners, guiding opportunities from discovery through POC and pilots to signed deals.

You will own the technical validation journey, presenting robust solutions with strong ROI focus while collaborating with sales and regional partners. Willingness to travel 30% across APAC is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SME or Sales/Solution Architect role.
• Voice Conversational AI, Contact Center, and Telecom (VoIP) expertise.
• Experience selling real-time communication (telephony) solutions to contact centers.
• Ability to engage at senior levels (tech to ROI, business impact).
• Proven experience with technology partners and multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel 30% across APAC.
• Experience with large partners and large contact centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical qualification, discovery, and solution design for Voice AI and CX Automation opportunities across APAC.
• Scope, build, and independently execute customer demos, POCs, and pilots, with clear success criteria, driving opportunities toward closure.
• Collaborate with regional Sales Leads to develop new enterprise opportunities and convert pipeline into bookings.
• Identify relevant Voice AI use cases based on customer needs and CX requirements.
• Capture metrics and build compelling value-based business cases (TCO, ROI).
• Own technical RFP/RFI responses and lead technical discussions with customers and partners.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and regional partners; support partner enablement with demos and joint engagements.
• Maintain knowledge of Voice AI, Contact Center, and CX Automation markets to represent AudioCodes regionally.
