Job summary

Fireblocks seeks a Solution Architect for APAC to own the technical delivery of implementations for banks and financial institutions, guiding architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure.

You will bring post-sale delivery expertise into strategic pre-sales cycles, help Sales win deals, and ensure security, cloud, and enterprise architecture standards while mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field; 10+ years of experience.
• Experience delivering post-sale implementations in enterprise or financial services environments.
• Hands-on software development mindset with strong IT security and cloud knowledge.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies is a plus.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor engineers.
• Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional APAC languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from deal close to production.
• Define enterprise setup with API integrations and security architecture.
• Lead complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule to production.
• Codify reference architectures and playbooks to scale delivery across APAC.
• Bridge between Sales, Product, R&D and customers to resolve integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and a high standard of customer satisfaction during delivery.
