Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect, APAC, to own the technical delivery of implementations for Banks and Financial Institutions in the APAC region. You will lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure, shaping pre-sales cycles and bringing delivery expertise to Sales wins.

You’ll drive end-to-end delivery from deal close through production, codifying reference architectures and acting as the bridge between Sales, Product, and R&D.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant enterprise experience.
• Proven post-sale implementations in enterprise or financial services.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3, or enterprise financial systems.
• Hands-on software development mindset.
• Strong IT security and cloud experience.
• Deep enterprise architecture knowledge.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring.
• Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support) is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; APAC languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the transition from deal close to production, with end-to-end accountability for delivered solutions.
• Define enterprise customer setups with Fireblocks, including API integrations and security architecture.
• Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule to production.
• Codify reusable reference architectures and playbooks to scale delivery across APAC.
• Bridge Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to resolve integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
