Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Site Selection & Acquisitions professional to manage APAC site selection, due diligence, and acquisition processes for data center development.

You will align internal and external stakeholders, draft LOIs, oversee due diligence, and maintain dashboards and templates. The role requires strong IT skills, advanced Excel, Power BI, and travel across time zones.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science degree in commercial real estate, surveying, or Business Management is preferred.
• More than 5 years of experience in commercial real estate/property transactions across APAC markets.
• Land and building acquisition experience is essential.
• Data center or technical facility experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Track and monitor high-volume, large, complex real estate transactions across APAC markets.
• Execute transaction strategies for a given region or market; travel to potential locations and prepare diligence packages.
• Manage transactions from inception to close, including easements and ROWs.
• Draft LOIs using standard templates and coordinate with legal teams.
• Maintain templates and dashboards; engage with brokers/consultants for KYCs.
• Support closing activities and ensure compliance with agreements and local requirements.
