Job summary

Vantage seeks a Site Selection & Acquisitions professional to manage APAC market activities for data center development. You will coordinate due diligence, lead transactions, and build systems to track opportunities, dashboards, and contract workflows.

You will engage with brokers, internal teams, and external authorities, traveling across time zones while working remotely. A strong background in real estate and analytics is essential, with 5+ years in APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in APAC commercial real estate or related transactions.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage site selection activities and due diligence across APAC.
• Lead transaction processes from inception to close and coordinate with legal teams.
• Develop dashboards, templates, and processes for acquisitions and reporting.
• Engage with brokers, internal teams, and authorities to ensure compliance.
