Vantage Data Centers APAC Pte. Ltd seeks a seasoned Site Selection & Acquisitions professional to manage and track real estate transactions across APAC, including due diligence and closing processes.

You will build systems, dashboards and templates to monitor deals and compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external brokers. The role requires strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to travel across time zones and work

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in commercial real estate, surveying or business management preferred.
• More than 5 years in APAC commercial real estate transactions.
• Data centre or technical facility experience preferred.
• Strong IT and analytical skills; proficient with Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint.

Responsabilités

• Track and monitor high-volume real estate transactions across APAC.
• Manage site acquisitions from inception to close.
• Prepare due diligence packages and liaison with internal teams.
• Develop dashboards and templates for reporting.
• Engage with brokers and external stakeholders per compliance.
