Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is expanding its Site Selection & Acquisitions team across APAC to deliver quality sites for data center development. The role manages site selection activities, due diligence, and the acquisition process while aligning internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closings.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial real estate transactions in APAC, strong IT skills (Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint), and a proactive, organized approach to complex deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commercial real estate or a related field.
• 5+ years in commercial real estate transactions across APAC.
• Experience with site acquisition processes and due diligence.
• Strong IT skills including Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor a high volume of large, complex real estate transactions across APAC.
• Execute region-specific acquisition strategies and travel to potential sites.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners through the acquisition process.
• Draft LOIs with the legal team and maintain templates for process improvement.
• Manage pre-diligence materials and dashboards for Site Selection tasks.
