- Lead the APAC Investment Council and drive strategic investment decisions.
- Oversee front-end development, due diligence, and land acquisition for new development projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align technical, commercial, regulatory and delivery plans.
- Provide executive oversight with regular updates on pipeline, risks, and budgets.
