Job summary

BILLIGENCE CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. seeks a Smart Building Solutions & Innovation Engineer to envision, architect, design and implement next‑generation Smart Building solutions across properties and customer environments.

You will drive the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment, collaborating with business teams, partners, start-ups and customers to scale innovative solutions. You will explore technologies like IoT, AI, data analytics, automation and digital twins, shaping architecture and

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Electrical/IT/Telemetry or related engineering discipline.
Exposure to IoT devices, sensors, gateways, networks, and data platforms is advantageous.
Familiarity with building automation, APIs and system integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ideate and prototype innovative Smart Building concepts.
Architect and design solution architecture for integrated systems.
Collaborate with partners, customers and vendors to validate and scale solutions.
Lead end-to-end implementation from concept to deployment and optimisation.
Demonstrate solutions to stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
