Job summary

Janus Digital, a Singapore-based agentic AI platform pioneer, is seeking a domain expert in building operations. You will assess and design tailored platform solutions for client facilities, configure asset hierarchies and control strategies, and validate data with delivery teams.

You will train client teams and ecosystem partners while aligning with regional standards. This hands-on role requires deep building knowledge and coordinating multi-disciplinary projects across Singapore and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in building operations, facility management, smart building solution design or building technology implementation.
• Deep understanding of building MEP systems and how they behave in real operating conditions.
• Building energy management expertise with ability to set realistic energy reduction targets.

Responsibilities

• Assess client building operations end to end and identify where the platform delivers the highest-impact improvement.
• Design the tailored solution across asset/risk management, predictive maintenance, energy optimisation and data analytics.
• Configure the platform: asset hierarchies, workflows, energy models and control strategies.
• Validate IoT data feeds and BMS mappings to the platform's business logic with delivery teams.
• Lead UAT and monitor trial operation against KPIs, reporting actual results and enabling handover.
