Job summary

Medtronic in Singapore seeks a Senior PMO Manager, APAC, to lead regional transformation programmes, oversee separation and transition activities, support new product launch readiness, and establish governance across multiple countries. Initially arising as an individual contributor, the role will help build PMO capabilities for future regional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in project/PMO leadership or related fields.
Proven experience managing complex regional/global programmes across multiple countries.
Experience with governance, risk, change management, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional programmes and oversee critical transformation initiatives.
Coordinate governance, risk management, and reporting across APAC countries.
Drive business separations, carve-outs, and new product launch readiness.
Travel across APAC as required to support programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Develop PMO capabilities and mentor project teams as the function evolves.
