This role sits within the APAC Business Process PMO function, supporting critical initiatives that enable business continuity, operational readiness, and long-term growth across the region. The function leads complex cross-functional programmes including business separations, carve-outs, operating model transformations, and new product launch readiness, partnering closely with Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, Legal, and country leadership teams. This position is an exciting opportunity to work with the Diabetes business. Medtronic announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and to reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic. The Diabetes division, now known as MiniMed, completed its IPO in March 2026. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investment to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care. While you will start your employment with Medtronic, upon completion of required local legal and employment processes, we expect your employment to transfer to MiniMed, subject to business needs and any applicable information and consultation requirements in your jurisdiction. Based in Singapore, this position follows a Flex work model, combining in-office and remote work in alignment with business and team needs. Regional travel across APAC is required to support programme execution, stakeholder engagement, and country-level implementation activities.
