Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior programme delivery leader to oversee a large-scale transformation across multiple workstreams in Singapore. You will coordinate governance, risk, and regulatory activities while engaging executives to drive decisions and resolve issues.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, a related degree, and the ability to start immediately or on short notice. PMP certification would be an added advantage for this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale transformation programme across multiple workstreams.
• Establish and maintain programme governance, forums, status reporting and documentation.
• Manage executive stakeholders across business, operations, technology, compliance, legal, finance and external parties.
• Oversee regulatory deliverables, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Drive planning and execution, monitor timelines, dependencies and milestones.
• Maintain RAID logs and proactively mitigate risks while escalating critical issues.
• Ensure BAU continuity and implement operational controls to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate across workstream leads to manage dependencies and deliverables.
• Produce executive-level reporting, dashboards and presentations for status, risks and decisions.
• Foster collaboration with regional and global stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
