Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for Product & Infrastructure in APAC, based in Singapore. You will own infrastructure recruiting strategy, build and lead a regional team, and partner with HR, leadership and global compensation to enable fast, high-quality hiring across the region.

You will manage processes, data discipline, and external agencies, shaping hiring plans that align with local regulations and market conditions while driving consistent, scalable practices in a rapidly

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading recruitment in infrastructure, data centre, industrial or similarly operational environments.
• Experience building recruiting teams in high-growth settings.
• Exposure to high-volume and technical hiring preferred.
• Track record hiring across APAC with strong understanding of local talent pools.
• Data-obsessed: fluent in recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to design a team and process around a problem.
• Experience managing external agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure recruiting strategy and execution across APAC, from IC to leadership hires.
• Build, lead and develop a regional recruiting team with accountability and high performance.
• Establish scalable processes, tooling and data discipline for growth.
• Translate business priorities into hiring plans, prioritisation and sequencing.
• Ensure hiring aligns with local employment regulations and market conditions.
• Collaborate with global compensation on levelling and offers.
• Manage external agencies and vendors for cost discipline and quality.
• Use data to guide prioritisation, capacity planning and reporting to leadership.
• Elevate hiring standards through structured assessments and enablement.
