Job summary

Presidio Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to assist with end-to-end order processing across the APAC region. You will collaborate with Sales, suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate capture of customer requirements and timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support or related operations in technology sector.
• Experience in IT industry is essential.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Sage) is a plus.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end order process from quotations to fulfilment.
• Work with Sales to capture and execute customer requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations to ensure smooth processing.
• Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Learn Presidio's products and processes on the job.
