Job summary

Salt is seeking a Sales Ops Analyst for a 24 months extendable contract in APAC, focusing on operational excellence in Salesforce and Excel. You will support data validation, pipeline hygiene, and reporting across multiple markets.

The role requires strong English, 5+ years in sales operations or data analysis, and ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests. Familiarity with BI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations, sales support or data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and CRM familiarity.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) preferred.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide general sales admin support including CRM hygiene and records maintenance.
• Coordinate data, reporting and requests from APAC Sales Ops stakeholders.
• Support pipeline management and forecast accuracy via data validation and SFDC hygiene.
• Maintain APAC Sales Ops wiki, docs, calendars and templates.
• Prepare data materials for QBR, OKR and planning.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis for regional Sales Operations team.
• Quality checks on CRM/pipeline data feeding APAC dashboards; flag issues.
