Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Operations or GTM in a fast-paced SaaS environment (ideally $1B+ scale).
• Proven track record partnering with sales leaders and delivering business-critical insights.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLMs to streamline processes, automate workflows, or enhance analytics.
• Strong data visualization and data wrangling skills.
• CRM and sales tools proficiency, especially Salesforce.
• Experience guiding remote analysts or offshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational right hand to the RVP, collaborating on forecasting, performance analysis, GTM planning, pipeline management, and regional execution.
• Represent the region in cross-functional discussions and global forums when needed.
• Own core sales processes end to end—from forecasting and territory planning to demand generation and quarterly business reviews.
• Design and improve scalable workflows across the ANZ Sales organization for operational rigor.
• Deliver actionable insights by interpreting data across Salesforce, BI tools, and other sources.
• Champion data quality and act as the local SME for the sales tech stack.
