Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, sales strategy, or business operations.
• 2 years of experience developing executive-level presentations, briefings, or communications for senior leadership.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and operational workflows.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience working with sales teams and in APAC markets encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Craft high-impact messaging and strategic narratives for the VP and leadership.
• Structure leadership agendas, drive OKR setting and tracking, coordinate QBRs.
• Synthesize inputs for high-stakes engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Build sales networks and translate insights into APAC-wide initiatives.
• Lead strategy, content, and execution for major events and leadership programs.
