Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, sales strategy, or business operations.
• 2 years of experience developing executive-level presentations, briefings, or communications for senior leadership.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Craft high-impact messaging and strategic narratives on behalf of the VP, ensuring clarity and consistency across town halls, leadership meetings, and executive forums.
• Manage the rhythm of the business by structuring leadership agendas, driving OKR setting and tracking, coordinating Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and aligning cross-functional priorities.
• Prepare the VP and APAC leadership team for high-stakes engagements by synthesizing cross-functional inputs, market context, and strategic briefings.
• Build sales networks to capture field and customer feedback, translating insights into APAC-wide initiatives and seller support programs (e.g., GoogleGeist).
• Lead the end-to-end strategy, content, and execution for major community events, executive offsites, recognition programs, and leadership development initiatives.
