Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in business planning, corporate strategy, project management, or related functions, with exposure to senior management decisions.
• Automotive industry experience is preferred, with exposure to commercial vehicle sectors considered advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and deployment of International Sales objectives and strategic priorities.
• Lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders to define direction and execution plans.
• Develop and monitor annual business plans, governance frameworks, and leadership materials for executive review.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and projects across International Sales and HQ.
• Define project objectives, timelines, ownership, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide governance, progress tracking, issue resolution, and executive reporting for disciplined delivery.
• Foster collaboration across regional, functional, and headquarters teams for alignment and accountability.
• Create concise executive communications and leadership materials to support strategic discussions.
• Develop and execute stakeholder-focused communication plans, updates, and key messages.
