Job summary

Abbott is seeking an APAC Regional Demand Planning Manager to lead diligence and accuracy in forecasting across Asia Pacific. You will work with country teams, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align demand, inventory, and commercial plans.

The role emphasizes driving continuous improvement in planning processes, governance, and data visibility, while coaching stakeholders on forecasting best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, analytics, or related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of experience in demand planning, S&OP/IBP, supply chain planning, or business analytics.
• Regional or multi-country planning experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical capability with demonstrated commercial understanding.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC demand planning cycle across markets and product portfolios.
• Consolidate and review country forecasts with clear assumptions, data and drivers.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; conduct root-cause analyses and drive corrective actions.
• Identify demand trends, risks, and opportunities; provide insights to regional leadership.
• Develop scenarios to support decision-making when market or supply conditions change.
• Partner with country teams to translate market intelligence into demand implications.
