FINITI Partners PTE. LTD. is seeking an APAC Technical Sales Engineering Leader in Semiconductor Simulation to drive growth across Asia.

You will build and scale a high-performing simulation engineering team and work closely with customers to translate complex physics into practical solutions. You will partner with product, engineering and commercial teams to influence roadmaps, lead executive-level engagements, and accelerate market adoption of cutting-edge semiconductor simulation technology

Qualifications

10+ years in thermal management and physics-based simulation within the semiconductor industry.
Proven leadership of technical teams.
Strong background in technical sales or solution engineering.
Experience commercializing simulation software for semiconductor customers.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of simulation engineers across the APAC region.
Partner with semiconductor customers and industry leaders to solve complex engineering challenges using advanced simulation technologies.
Lead technical customer engagements, including demonstrations, POCs, and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to influence product roadmap and accelerate market adoption across Asia.
Represent the company as a trusted technical advisor during executive customer meetings and industry events.
Drive the commercialization and adoption of cutting-edge physics simulation technology across the semiconductor industry.
