Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Planning Assistant Manager to support APAC sales operations across multiple markets, collaborating with Country Managers, Operations and regional teams. You will lead APAC sales planning, manage forecasts, inventory, and product allocation, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to improve planning processes and regional efficiency.

• 3+ years in Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Commercial Planning or related function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working with multiple markets across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC sales planning and support regional business planning and review processes
• Manage sales forecasts, orders, inventory levels and product/model allocation across markets

• Partner with Country Managers and Operations teams to address supply, sales and inventory challenges
