Trellix in Singapore seeks a Senior Director, APJ Sales Engineering to lead the SE organization across APAC, aligning with our GTM strategy and driving technical excellence for customers and partners.

The role emphasizes field readiness, operational excellence, and OKR reporting, with a strong focus on attracting, developing, and transforming APAC SE teams to best-in-class performance. Travel 50% to engage with key customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading APAC enterprise SaaS Sales Engineering teams of 20+.
• Proven ability to build top-performing teams and succession plans.
• Hands-on leadership guiding pipelines and sales cycles.
• Track record in consultative SaaS solution selling and customer success.
• Technically credible to communicate value of Trellix platform.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute APAC SE strategy aligned with GTM and customer strategy.
• Foster a positive, high-performing culture with ownership and initiative.
• Communicate pipeline forecasts and take corrective actions with leadership.
• Inspire APAC region and drive growth during periods of transformation.
• Provide market insights to Product Mgmt, Eng, Marketing.
• Drive SE productivity and operational effectiveness with Sales tools.
• Collaborate with Partners to identify and close opportunities.
• Lead customer engagements and present Trellix value and roadmap to customers and partners.
