Job summary
Cockroach Labs is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring top-tier technical sales execution. You will partner with regional leadership to forecast and unblock opportunities, while aligning Product, Marketing and Education on the sales strategy.
In this role, you will recruit, mentor, and enable the team, review customer conversations, and drive the technical sales program across the region from Singapore.
Qualifications
- 12–15+ years in technical sales with 5+ years leading sales teams.
- Proven ability to prioritize opportunities and unblock deals.
- Experience selling software engineering or professional services.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Engineers to ensure best-in-class technical sales execution.
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Director on forecast accuracy and deal reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Education for messaging and sales strategy.
- Provide ongoing enablement and feedback to the team.
