Cockroach Labs in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to lead a team of Sales Engineers, ensure top-tier technical sales execution, and align with Product, Marketing and Education teams. The role is remote, but you must be based in Singapore to be eligible, with a hybrid work model.

You will partner with the Regional Sales Director on forecast accuracy, unblock opportunities, and drive enablement and growth of the team, while maintaining customer-centric focus and strategic

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of technical sales experience with 5+ years of managing technical sales teams.
• Ability to prioritize opportunities, unblock issues, and coach team members.
• Passion for sales and optimizing the technical sales cycle.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers.
• Positive attitude and motivating leadership.
• Experience as a technical seller with software engineering or professional services.
• Fostering team-building behaviors.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Engineers to deliver best-in-class technical sales execution.
• Partner with Regional Sales Director on forecast accuracy and deal reviews.
