Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, bid/RFP management, or deal desk support.
• Proven ability to coordinate end-to-end RFI/RFP responses under tight deadlines.
• Strong cadence management with action trackers and decision logs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFIs/RFPs and tender submissions with cross-functional inputs.
• Lead contract review coordination and internal approvals.
• Maintain pursuit cadence with logs and follow-ups.
• Produce pipeline dashboards and priority pursuit reports.
• Synthesize client/market insights into decision-ready materials.
