Qualifications

• 20+ years of general management and sales experience in chemical/industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing country or regional strategy across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and account management for Asia Pacific (ex-India).
• Drive regional growth initiatives for FCC and Hydro lines.
• Develop and execute regional account strategies and business plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and business objectives.
• Maintain executive relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
