Job summary

Tilla is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager, APAC to own new business across Asia-Pacific, targeting ship managers, ship owners and crewing organisations.

You will lead the commercial presence in APAC, working with the Global Head of Sales to expand our regional footprint and drive revenue growth across a fast-developing market. Regular travel and close collaboration with leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology or SaaS sales.
• Shipping background or strong maritime network.
• Track record of winning new accounts end-to-end.
• Proactive in building a pipeline via network, referrals and outbound.
• Strong commercial judgement for terms and deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business cycle for APAC from first conversation to signature.
• Build pipeline through network, referrals, and targeted outbound.
• Manage long, multi-stakeholder deals with pilots and phased roll-outs.
• Own numbers and provide clear deal-level forecasts.
