Job summary

Visa in Singapore seeks a Manager – Sales Enablement & RFP (AP) to lead end-to-end RFI/RFP responses, shaping proposals and executive-ready content for complex APAC opportunities. You will coordinate cross-functional inputs, reviews, and final submissions to strengthen client positioning.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent written communication, and hands-on experience with CRM and RFP platforms. In-office presence of at least 3 days per week is expected in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience in sales enablement and RFP management in fast-paced settings.
• End-to-end RFI/RFP responses and final submissions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to run cadence with action/ RAID/ decision logs and follow-ups.
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance/Deal Desk, and Legal.
• Commercial acumen: support business cases and pricing with Finance/Deal Desk.
• Understanding of cloud-based SaaS concepts and client-ready content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready summaries.
• Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading the coordination and delivery of RFIs/RFPs and tender submissions (workplans, timelines, cross-functional inputs, reviews, and submission packaging).
• Coordinating contract review and internal approval cycles with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintaining pursuit operating cadence (action/issue/decision logs and follow-ups).
• Producing management reporting on pipeline and priority pursuits.
• Supporting go-to-market planning discussions through synthesis of client, market, and competitive insights into decision-ready materials.
