Job summary

Dyson seeks a Reward Partner, APAC to translate global reward strategy into locally relevant programmes. You will advise on compensation and benefits while balancing regional consistency with local market needs, driving governance and data-informed decision making across the APAC region.

You will collaborate with People leaders, HR Business Partners and finance to lead annual reward cycles and ensure equitable pay practices in diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards or related HR discipline.
• Experience supporting reward programmes across multiple APAC markets.
• Experience working with enterprise HR systems and reward data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and country People teams to provide practical reward advice across APAC.
• Implement global reward strategy across APAC, adapting to local legislation and market practice.
• Lead annual reward cycles including salary review, incentive processes, budgeting and governance.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analyze reward data to assess competitiveness and equity.
