Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman seeks an experienced Revenue Growth Manager to support regional commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth across Asia Pacific. The role focuses on identifying revenue opportunities, optimising investments, and strengthening business performance across markets.

The successful candidate will partner with regional stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies, enhance commercial effectiveness and contribute to long-term business growth within a multinational consumer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of commercial experience in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, Sales Planning, Pricing or Commercial Finance.
• Strong commercial/financial acumen and profitability drivers.
• Experience across Asia Pacific or Southeast Asia desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional revenue growth initiatives.
• Identify pricing, profitability, product mix opportunities.
• Analyse market performance and competitive trends.
• Translate strategies into actionable regional plans.
• Support annual planning, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Evaluate performance and improve revenue and margins.
• Create frameworks and tools to improve visibility.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on pricing and investments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes.
• Share best practices and build capability across markets.
