Job summary

Emerson Electric Co. seeks an analytically minded professional to join the Asia Pacific Revenue Operations team.

You will drive the Revenue Performance Model, deliver commercial insights, improve forecast accuracy and data quality, and enable leaders to make informed decisions across multiple countries and business units. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering, Economics, Statistics).
• Experience in revenue/sales operations and analytics with defined cadences.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and dashboard development.
• Advanced Excel skills including data modeling and Power Query.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and data visualization.
• Knowledge of forecasting concepts, pipeline metrics, and revenue indicators.
• Experience in multi-country/global environments.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of revenue review cadences across Asia Pacific.
• Prepare and distribute executive dashboards, reports, and materials.
• Consolidate regional forecasts with consistent methodologies.
• Analyze CRM and performance data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop concise commentary on exceptions and drivers for leadership.
• Manage action items from reviews with clear ownership and closure.
• Monitor and improve CRM data quality via scorecards and compliance.
• Build reporting frameworks tracking KPIs like pipeline, win rates, and forecast accuracy.
• Support country teams with reporting standards and best practices.
• Collaborate on CRM/reporting platform enhancements and migrations.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting tasks.
