Job summary

ACT SOLUTIONS APAC PTE. LTD. is seeking a business-focused professional to grow our renewable asset portfolio across APAC. You will identify asset owners, onboard facilities for REC registries, and propose commercial arrangements for ACT to manage and monetize their RECs.

You will originate opportunities via market mapping, cold outreach, and direct engagement, collaborating with Operations and Trading to maximize portfolio value.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; SEA language a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy, Environment, Electricity, or Business or related field.
• 2 years in power sector, ESG, solar development or EPC sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage renewable energy asset owners, developers, utilities across APAC to build a strong pipeline.
• Explain REC registration, market opportunities, and ACT’s capabilities in managing environmental attributes.
• Negotiate commercial structures and REC management or offtake terms with asset owners.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely asset onboarding and REC issuance.
