Job summary

Sungrow Renewables Development Co., Ltd seeks a highly commercial M&A professional to lead asset sales across SEA, Australia and New Zealand. You will originate buyers, steer deal processes from market sounding to signing, and own transactions end-to-end.

Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus for China-market collaboration. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in renewable energy M&A or related roles, with direct experience closing asset transactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Renewable energy M&A / project sales / investment banking / IPP roles.
• Direct experience closing asset transactions is mandatory.
• Experience in project finance or PPA/tolling deals is an advantage.
• Experience in Australia and the Philippines markets would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sale of renewable and BESS assets, including FID projects and operating assets.
• Identify, approach and originate buyers across infrastructure funds, IPPs, strategic investors.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with active investors in APAC markets.
• Take full ownership of transaction execution and coordinate all due diligence.
• Lead commercial negotiations for SPA/SHA terms, valuation and pricing.
