You will oversee Technical Service Managers, drive regional trials, support commercial programs, and collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Sales to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Education: MSc or DVM in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Feed Science or related field; PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Technical Service Managers across the region.
• Develop and manage technical training programs for teams and new hires.
• Support regional technical services with customer engagement and trials.
• Oversee regional technical trials and translate outcomes to insights.
• Elevate technical credibility with industry engagements and product launches.
