Job summary

JLL is seeking an Engineering Lead for Asia Pacific to drive engineering excellence and portfolio transformation across pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and critical operations facilities. You will partner with Global and regional leaders to shape enterprise-wide strategy and deliver across ASPAC assets.

You will oversee a regional operations team, set standards, manage risk and compliance, and lead major transformation programs while collaborating with senior stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred in Engineering or MBA.
• Professional Engineer license or certifications (PMP, LEED, CFPS, CEM, CMRP, Six Sigma) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling Engineering Operations and Maintenance strategy for ASPAC.
• Upgrade engineering talent to support next-generation services.
• Lead engineering operations across critical operations centers in ASPAC.
• Define and deploy service delivery standards for engineering products.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across the region.
• Drive risk management and safety initiatives with HSSE.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Manage relationships with client C-suite and JLL leadership.
• Lead executive reviews and strategic planning sessions.
