SM2 Consulting seeks an accomplished Head of Operations – APAC to lead and optimise operations across the Asia-Pacific region. The role covers manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing and distribution with accountability for safety, quality, compliance and customer service.

This senior leadership position offers autonomy to shape regional operational strategy and drive transformation across diverse countries, sites and functions, reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant senior operations leadership experience in industrial environments.
• Proven multi-site/multi-country leadership across APAC preferred.
• Strong track record in safety, quality, productivity and cost management.
• Experience leading transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for APAC operations across multiple sites.
• Develop and execute regional operations strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive performance in safety, quality, productivity, cost and service.
• Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, logistics and distribution.
• Lead country/site teams and foster a strong leadership culture.
