Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in technical sales, applications, or commercial leadership within Life Sciences.
• Proven hunter mindset with success in winning new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional technical sales organization through structural and process changes.
• Translate global strategy into regional APAC plans and execution.
• Identify opportunities to drive early-stage hunting and pipeline growth.
• Drive high‑quality technical validation activities to increase adoption.
• Partner with Central Sales for pipeline development, forecasting, and documentation.
• Capture customer needs and market insights to influence portfolio decisions.
• Provide governance on feasibility, scoping, and contract‑related technical requirements.
• Develop a high-performing regional technical sales team across APAC.
