Job summary

ELITEZ & ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the APAC region in the pharmaceutical packaging sector.

You will develop regional strategies, manage pipelines, forecast revenue and coordinate with distributors, agents and global teams to close deals. The role requires 10+ years of APAC sales experience with a strong network in pharma packaging, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.

Job description

Position: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Malaysia

Salary: Up to $8,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth across the APAC region by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts and developing long-term partnerships within the pharmaceutical packaging industry.
• Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and market expansion plans.
• Manage sales pipelines, revenue forecasting, pricing strategies and sales performance to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability targets.
• Provide technical - commercial support to customers, including troubleshooting, coordination of machine trials and resolution of processing or operational issues related to packaging machinery and primary pharmaceutical packaging.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams, regional distributors, agents and global sales counterparts to ensure effective customer support and successful project execution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive service, regular engagement and effective account management to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare sales forecasts and budgets and provide regular business performance updates to senior management.
• Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events to strengthen market presence and identify new business opportunities.
• Support strategic initiatives and perform additional duties or special projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of APAC sales/business development experience, preferably in pharmaceutical packaging
• Good technical understanding, ideally technical knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging equipment
• A proven sales track record and established and active industry network
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
• Preferably able to commence immediate upon shortlisting
• Comfortable to be outstation in Malaysia
