Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight, Singapore or Hong Kong based, seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead Business Aviation growth across APAC. You will own the regional number, build the plan, and lead a team of account executives, driving new logos, renewals, and expansions for ForeFlight Mobile, Dispatch, and related data solutions.

This senior role requires deep aviation market knowledge, strategic selling, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven quota record in enterprise software.
• 5+ years of managing senior and junior sales professionals in regional teams.
• Experience selling to business aviation operators or related aviation services in APAC.
• Fluent in English with strong communication to executives and pilots.
• Based in Singapore or Hong Kong or willing to relocate; 40–50% travel.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM and forecasting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own regional Business Aviation new bookings targets for APAC.
• Manage regional forecast cadence and pipeline quality in Salesforce.
• Coach and develop account executives; set territory plans and quotas.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, enablement and performance management for region.
• Analyze market and whitespace to shape go-to-market plans.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows adoption and regional product feedback.
• Represent Jeppesen ForeFlight at regional events and advise leadership.
