Job summary

Randstad Singapore represents a Swiss manufacturer of compressor products for B2B. A newly created Business Development Manager role seeks a strategic thinker to drive growth in APAC.

You will identify new markets and partnerships, develop regional strategies aligned with the global plan, drive regional M&A initiatives, analyze trends and competition, and travel up to 50% within APAC. This position requires an engineering degree and 5+ years in regional/APAC sales.

Qualifications

• Master / Degree / Diploma in engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5 years working in regional / APAC sales environment.
• B2B sales experience in rotating equipment - compressor / pumps / blowers / fans.
• Willing to travel up to 50% within APAC.

Responsibilities

• Identify new markets, partnerships, and channels in APAC.
• Develop regional strategies aligned with global divisional strategy.
• Lead regional M&A strategy development.
• Analyse regional trends, market, customers and competition.
• Create reports and business plans for upper management.
