Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sales: planning and achieving monthly sales targets; presenting products; liaising with affiliates; preparing budgetary prices, quotations, and technical specifications; maintaining relationships; handling inquiries.
• Logistics: preparing sales and delivery orders; updating delivery schedules; coordinating with internal teams for on-time delivery; liaising with affiliates on orders and shipments; resolving issues; ensuring smooth order processing and documentation.
• Others: ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Key Accountabilities

Sales (50%)

• Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target

• Present and introduce products/services with in-depth product knowledge

• Liaise with affiliates to develop new sales and provide technical support, as and when required

• Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to affiliates

• Maintain good customer relationships with existing clients and affiliates

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up on sales opportunities

Logistics & Operations (50%)

• Prepare sales orders and delivery orders accurately and promptly.

• Update delivery schedules and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any PO, shipment, or order fulfilment issues

• Liaise with affiliates regarding order status, delivery arrangements, and shipment updates.

• Handle affiliates' complaints and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Follow up on order processing, delivery schedules, and documentation to ensure smooth execution.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to support sales fulfilment and customer requirements.

Others

• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

• Willing to travel with APEC regions (30%)
