Job summary

DBS Asia Hub in Singapore is seeking a Regional Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of cross-market initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. You will coordinate with operations, IT, GTS, and business units to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with strategic goals.

This role focuses on driving digital solution implementation, enhancing both external and internal customer experiences, and advancing an AI-first approach to improve efficiency and collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end project management within banking or finance.
• Knowledge of bank systems (IBPM, CMCP, Finacle) is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex multi-location projects.
• Fosters innovation and digitisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of regional projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across operations, IT and regional partners.
• Drive digital solution implementation and AI-enabled transformation.
• Monitor progress and report to management.
