Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Regional Media Operations Planner / Senior Planner to support key client accounts across APAC markets. This role will anchor media processes, governance standards, financial accountability, and regional stakeholder alignment across markets.

You will partner with regional and local teams to drive operational excellence, maintain visibility of market activities, and ensure seamless collaboration between central and local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in media operations, planning, investment, or agency operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end media planning and campaign execution.
• Experience in a media agency or supporting regional media accounts.
• Knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated full-funnel media planning across key markets.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and act as strategic advisor.
• Identify opportunities for media innovation and test-and-learn initiatives.
• Present effectively to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Mentor and develop a team of planners for planning excellence.
• Coordinate regional media teams and ensure alignment with governance.
• Monitor media investment performance and ensure transparency across markets.
• Oversee end-to-end financial operations: budgeting, invoicing, reconciliation, reporting.
