Job summary

Sysmex Group in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the portfolio from launch to obsolescence, supporting commercial strategy, supply, marketing initiatives, and regional training across Asia Pacific.

The role requires a Life Sciences degree, 3+ years in clinical labs, and 4+ years in product management or market development within the IVD sector, plus strong communication, analytics, planning and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Minimum 4 years in product management, marketing, or market development within the IVD industry.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing and diagnostic pathways.
• Experience in product lifecycle management and launches.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, planning, and project management skills.
• Ability to train and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Willing to travel extensively within the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage product portfolios across multiple units and laboratory disciplines.
• Support product launches, lifecycle management, pricing, master data governance, and forecast planning.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Customer Care for availability and continuity.
• Develop marketing materials, value propositions, and product positioning strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and growth.
• Support exhibitions, customer engagements, and reference site development.
• Deliver product training and workshops to regional sales and marketing teams.
• Participate in regional and global projects as assigned.
