Job summary

DKSH seeks a Regional Market Access Manager to lead a scalable APAC market access capability, accelerating patient access and driving commercial growth across Asia Pacific. You will embed market access thinking into business development, portfolio management, and product launch decisions, creating measurable impact for clients, partners, and patients.

You will build tools, templates, and governance structures for consistent application by country teams, and coordinate with regional and country

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant health or economic discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in health economics or related field an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; Asian language skills a plus.
• 7+ years in market access, payer, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a regional market access framework across APAC.
• Coordinate with country teams on payer landscape and value propositions.
• Support reimbursement submissions and evidence planning.
• Lead regional pricing, tendering, and access strategies.
• Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, and HEOR teams on evidence plans.
