Job summary

Apple is seeking a Regional Supplier Manager based in Singapore to oversee bulk freight operations (Air, Ocean, Trucking) across Asia Pacific. You will manage import/export for finished goods and components, collaborate with OEMs and 3PLs, and drive on‑time, cost‑efficient logistics while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Role requires 3–5 years in supply chain/logistics, Indonesia/Malaysia import experience, and a growth mindset applying AI/automation to workflows. Travel within APAC is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of supply chain, logistics or trade compliance experience.
• Import operations experience in Indonesia and/or Malaysia.
• Experience with high‑velocity, high‑value shipments and vendor management.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and peak bulk freight import operations with vendors (air, ocean, trucking).
• Serve as SME for import processes and compliance in APAC regions.
• Drive 3PL performance, on‑time execution, and cost metrics.
• Collaborate on capacity planning, volume changes, and system improvements.
• Coordinate freight reporting, shipment issue resolution and regulatory docs.
• Support new product launches and NPI import requirements.
• Work with cross‑functional teams on audits and operational reporting.
• Apply AI/ML and automation to import workflows and processes.
