Job summary
Harting Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks an APAC Logistics Specialist based in Singapore (Jurong East IBP area) to manage end-to-end logistics across the Asia-Pacific region.
You will coordinate freight, warehousing, and 3PL partnerships, drive digitalization, process standardization, and continuous improvement aligned with global standards. Reporting to the Head of Regional Logistics - APAC, you will optimize inbound/outbound shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver cost-effective
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; extensive/expertise may substitute.
- 4–6 years of logistics/supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in a regional APAC role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP WM/EWM) and hands-on experience with TMS/WMS platforms and digital freight tools.
Responsibilities
- Oversee freight, warehousing, and 3PL partnerships across APAC.
- Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and trade compliance teams.
- Monitor shipments and drive on-time delivery with real-time visibility.
- Lead automation and standardization of logistics processes across APAC.
- Prepare regional logistics dashboards and analytics for management.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore TradeNet and local import/export regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, customer service and finance to align logistics with business goals.
