ShopBack is seeking a senior CRM leader to drive engagement and retention strategies across Asia-Pacific. You will set the vision for regional CRM, collaborate with country marketing leads, and define governance for consistent CRM execution across markets.

We value a technical CRM expert who blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, mentors junior marketers, and uses data-driven insights to scale impact in a fast-growing digital environment.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of CRM, campaign management, or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Experience in digital, tech, or e-commerce environments.
• Proven track record leading CRM initiatives across multiple markets.
• Strong strategic mindset with data-driven campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Define and own the regional CRM strategy.
• Advise country marketing leads on localized lifecycle campaigns.
• Establish governance frameworks for CRM execution across markets.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Tech to shape tooling and personalization at scale.
• Lead regional performance reviews and translate data into actionable recommendations.
